At the legal level we expect an even more important challenge: we want to push to create supranational laws penalize those who cause environmental disasters, and therefore it is necessary to create an international court can punish everyone who violates the rights environmental, and human.
But the protection of nature passes first through education, which is essential: we must raise awareness of the environment with public policy, state law ... with new educational policies.
As regards the crisis, we in Latin America live in a permanent crisis, the crisis is ... as a sister. The global crisis of autumn 2008 has created immoral and unjust situation: The European and American governments are saving banks and multinational companies are less concerned about their people. But what crisis is talking about then? What we are dealing with really? How the crisis of banks and businesses, or people?
